Happening now at the Pudtol Evacuation Center, Poblacion, Pudtol, Apayao, this two-day event is a collaborative effort between the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Apayao, the Provincial Government of Apayao, and the Municipal Government of Pudtol.
